Demolition of existing chiller and installation of new mechanical system. The new mechanical system includes: two roof top units, new ductwork, ceiling, diffusers, and radiant heating, located in the engine room. For this project, ATCO acted as General Contractor, ensuring that electrical and general finishes were completed.
