Description: A BIM & LEED project involving new construction of a five-story dormitory for the hearing-impaired at Gallaudet University. Detail and specific accommodations were made in the Mechanical and Electrical components. The Mechanical components included: a Dedicated Outside Air System, a Geothermal Heat Pump Chiller, Fan-Coil Units, Pumps, Fans, Ductless Spli Systems, Air Terminal Units, Fin-Tube Radiators, Unit Heaters, Cabinet Unit Heaters, Ductwork, Piping, and DDC Controlling.
