The Asian American Club at Wootton High School decided to give back by providing an Asian-styled Gazebo. Janet Kogut, the sponsor from 1998-2002, made great efforts to raise Asian American awareness and enrich students' lives. Parent of Cynthia and Patricia Hong, Hung Hong, designed and constructed the entire Gazebo, donating both time and material. The ceremony dedication, held on May 21, included a blessing by a Buddhist monk and Asian performances.
