Mid-County Recreaction Community Center

A LEED project that involves new construction of a one-story recreation community center, complete with arts & crafts rooms, exercise rooms, gymnasium, kitchens, offices, and much more. Mechanical components include: 3 Energy Recovery Units (ERU), Geothermal Water Source Heat Pumps, VAV's, Fans, etc. Extensive ductwork and piping will also be involved. For this project, ATCO is also involved with both the mechanical and plumbing portions. This is ATCO's first large LEED project.
