The Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO) Culture Center provides Republic of China (ROC) expatriates and the locals in the greater Washington, D.C. area with an opportunity to learn more about Taiwan's culture, Taiwan's chief representative in the United States, David Tawei Lee, said June 19 during the TECRO Culture Center's grand opening ceremony.
